description

The purpose of this Procurement is to procure a Primary Service Delivery Partner (The Partner) who will be required to deliver (through a Central Delivery Unit and a Resource Pool) a multi-year programme of Technical Assistance for the Strand. The Strand will consist of three Phases: Inception Phase, Implementation Phase and Closure Phase. The Strand's Interventions will feed into priorities of the incoming administration in the financial services sector to develop a financial system from which all sections of Mexican society can benefit.

The expected Outcomes of the Strand are:

1.More financially literate male and female consumers who feel greater trust in financial services institutions and have the ability to use formal financial services.
2.A supportive regulatory environment for the Fintech sector that works both for men and women.
3.An increased number of "MSME"s procuring Fintech solutions that provide financing alternatives; and allowing for more accessible cashless transactions for men and women.
