To provide Consultancy support in accordance with the non-exhaustive list below
- Data collection, aggregation and review as required to support
- othe BSIP project
- othe Bus Reform work stream (EP & Franchising).
- Work with the CPCA in developing a new demand model for public transport in the CPCA area in conjunction with supporting the current demand modelling as GIS maps
- Development of a new bus network masterplan
- Preparation of full Green Book Business Case for Bus Reform, and support in the Audit stage
- Facilitate the required public consultancy (as detailed in the above masterplan including organising events, materials and attendance and then feedback review as instructed by the CPCA
- Support for reconciling feedback and preparing comparison of outcomes, for Mayoral decision.
