GB-London: System to support digital learner profiling

This notice relates to a pre-market engagement exercise concerning a potential system to support digital learner profiling. It does not constitute a call for competition, nor does it commit the Authority to commence a formal procurement at this stage.

Estimated Value

The estimated value of the requirement has been entered as under £10k solely due to system constraints, as there was no option to select "unknown". At this stage, the Authority has not determined the value of the potential requirement, and the figure shown should not be interpreted as indicative of any future procurement value.

Start and End Dates

The work start and end dates have been populated as these were mandatory fields within the platform. The Authority has not yet defined any confirmed commencement or completion dates, and the dates shown should not be relied upon.(Design and develop a system to support young people across England to have access to a secure, portable, digital record of their character, achievements and skills, enabling smoother transitions between education, training, and employment)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
