The proposed scope broadly consists of the following;
- The formative commencement to each of the seven buildings (7nr drain runs and 7nr manholes in total)
- Selected 'deep' drainage / sewers consisting of parallel foul and surface water drain runs below the road
- 1nr attenuation tank located along the surface water drain run below the road
- The construction of 2nr drywall partitions to Greenfield and Nightingale to secure formative commencement
- Maintain the provision of site security until the end of November 2023
