Refurbishment of Runnymede I Student Halls of Residence (2 blocks, 21 communal kitchens, 126 en-suite bedrooms) at the College's North Campus in Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX). Blocks NPQ & JKLM Works to include shared student kitchen replacements, bedroom refurbishments, bathroom upgrades and communal areas.
This tender is being run in accordance with the College`s Financial Regulations.
