Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out Disabled Adaption works to include rear single storey extension with a flat roof for an additional bedroom/cloakroom,at 74 Grenfell Avenue Saltash Cornwall PL12 4JD, under a JCT minor works contract.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality and 70% Price.
