In pursuit of excellence, the range of work will involve the following professional services:
| • | Lot 1- Architecture |
| • | Lot 2- Quantity Surveying |
| • | Lot 3- Structural Engineering |
| • | Lot 4- Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineering (combined) |
| • | Lot 5- Principal Designer |
| • | Lot 6- Employers Agent |
| A2.2 | Commissions will be let on an individual disciplinary basis. Each discipline will be commissioned separately with a Lead Consultant being identified. The Lead Consultant will normally be the Architect except in the case of more specialist works (e.g. stand-alone engineering works). |
