Tender for E-Business Suite Support Services

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to carry out the following services, commencing on the 1st July 2016

• i)Provision of Oracle E-Business Suite Database Administration

• ii)E-Business Suite Functional and Technical support

• iii)Application Support Services

The experienced Service Provider is to provide a three-year term service, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 month period, to carry out the services specified within Section 2. Requirement & Specification.
