description
Due to a number of street lighting columns in the Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) area reaching the end of their designed life, GCC are undertaking a renewal scheme to replace those columns.
The scheme will consist of the removal and replacement of 273 units comprising of 5m, 5m fold/down, 6m and 8m columns, with the existing lanterns, Telensa Nodes, internal cabling and double pole isolators on those columns to be re-used as they no more than 5 years old and are all deemed suitable for re-installation.
