The services required under this contract include:
- Servicing of automatic doors
- Servicing of automatic gates
- Servicing of CCTV systems
- Servicing of shutters
- Access control and the use and implementation of the PAC EasiNet System
- Updating of maintenance logbooks onto the RBC Planet FM System or any other RBC contractor portal, such as NEC to form a logbook of maintenance events
