Senior Stakeholder Enquiry Lead Officer

The Business Engagement Hub supports and enables activity to ensure trader and industry readiness for the end of the Transition Period. We are creating a new function to promote the efficient and consistent resolution of stakeholder enquiries regarding the end of the Transition Period. The new team will greatly improve the customer experience for external stakeholders and significantly reduce workflow and resource pressures for policy teams across all business units with an outward focus. Members of the team can expect to build a solid understanding across Defra's policy areas, build strong relationships with policy teams and contribute to overall business readiness.
