Procurement of Assessment of Businesses Suitability/Viability - Former Flitwick Leisure Centre Site development, Flitwick.

The successful contractor will be expected to undertake a recognised methodology for the analysis of business suitability/viability on the list of potential businesses provided. A report will be delivered. This should reflect the proposed new development on the former Flitwick leisure centre site, the proximity of the new leisure centre and its existing café offer, the proximity of the Rufus Centre, the immediate surrounding area (residential and business environments) and any expected 'draw' from the wider area that a specific business might expect to experience.

Return of Quotation

Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the \"My Return\" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 22/03/2019 Quotations received after that time will be excluded.

Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
