SCC JCP CAD Drawings Management Services

The requirement is for a call-of contract for two years with the option to extend. Although there is no fixed budget allocated to the work however we estimate spend of £20,000 to £30,000 in the next 12 months.

Background

Surrey County Council currently has a large and varied portfolio most of which have CAD drawings to non-standard specification. Schools & Non Schools sites and buildings have different Attribute's & Layouts which need to be brought to a standard specification It is important that these files are maintained to a consistent standard, particularly in data content, scale and ease of printing. The data within the drawings is synchronised and viewed through the Surrey Property Services database PAMS (Property Asset Management System).

Objective

The objective of this contract is to:

Create new site and floor plans

Update existing site and floor plans

Bring current CAD drawings up to a consistent standard in line with our specification

Enable CAD drawings to link with our Property Asset Management Systems (PAMS)
