Online Behavioural Assessments for Firefighter Recruitment

GMCA (Greater Manchester Combined Authority) which incorporates GMFRS (Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service) is seeking a supplier to provide a cloud based online behavioural assessments system to support its recruitment process.\

The successful bidder will have a proven end to end cloud based solution already in place that can be configured to meet GMFRS's needs, including an alignment to the behaviours required at GMFRS. The solution needs to be capable of assessing high volume campaigns, which will include over 2,000 firefighter applicants per annum but also support the assessment and selection of over 200 internal candidates applying for a promotion pathway through three stages of leadership tiers.\

The contract will commence by the start of September 2023, at the latest, for a period of 3 years.\
