description

The trust needs excellent leaders at every level and in every area to ensure that it can deliver high quality compassionate care. This is more important now than ever as the health service changes to deliver new models of care over the coming years and responds to the efficiency challenge set out in the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan (2023)

The aim of this proposed leadership programme is to support the clinical leads to lead their teams using an enabling and coaching approach.

Leadership development is one of our Trust priorities specified within our culture change programme. It is essential that leadership development programmes align with the Trust focus on the themes from the Trust survey including a compassionate and inclusive approach to leadership, high performing teams and psychological safety.
