The purpose of this Public call is to select and contract the "THE TECHNICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL STRUCTURING (ETLFS) OF THE STRATEGIC PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM (SETP) FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANIZALES".
As a fundamental part of the development of the study, THE EXPERT must identify variables, activities and results for each of the technical, legal, financial and social components that feed inputs and products of the structuring of the system, which means, the following approaches are expected to work together, in parallel and jointly. It is emphasized that each of the phases should be revised by the municipality and approved by the Prosperity Fund in Colombia and Findeter.
