Broxbourne Council, on behalf of Badger BC Investments Ltd, are seeking tenders for the management of the communal areas of Wolsey Court, Windmill Lane, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Wolsey Court is a development of twenty four, two bedroom flats over four floors with courtyard parking just off the main high street in Cheshunt.
