DBC (SF) Laundry Equipment Maintenance - AWARD

Dacorum Borough Council has a number of Sheltered Complexes, which contain a range of laundry equipment which require, breakdown repairs and quarterly gas checks on the gas dryers.

The Council is looking for a single contractor to deliver these services, who has the relevant experience, ability and approved partnerships to repair the Councils existing laundry machines which are Miele, Electrolux and Huesbsch and includes:

• oProvide repairs services to laundry equipment;
• oProvide an all inclusive (no quibble) service, so any maintenance issues such as blocked pipes, soap boxes and filters or ducting are cleaned out for no additional charge or call-out (this currently accounts for 40% of call-outs)
• oCarry out annual check on all Gas machines;
• oCarry out an annual inspection and cleaning of ducting of all tumble driers
• oAll machines to be cleaned and filtered checked when repair work is carried out.
