Renewal of the ModernGov Database provision and maintenance via Civica for the continuation of the Council's committee management system
Additional information: For continuity with the previous procurement and to ensure the continuation of service provision, a direct award to the incumbent supplier via the G-Cloud 12 framework was identified as the compliant route to market for this requirement. Please note that the total awarded value is based on a 24 month contract plus the pricing currently set for the inclusion of a 24 month extension after the initial period expires, as allowable within the Framework Terms.
