The programme will offer creative arts activities and social support for new parents who may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. The aim will be to boost wellbeing, reduce the risk of poor mental health outcomes for parents and improve longer-term outcomes for children by improving the development of secure attachment relationships within the 'Critical 1001 Days' (conception to age 2).
