description
The Contractor shall provide, manage and operate a comprehensive system of window cleaning services in accordance with this specification. The service shall clean both internal and external glazing including secondary glazing, internal windows, vision panels in doors, etc. The Contractor will remove all dirt, debris and smears from the glazing and leave glazing clean and clear twice a year, the UPVC framework to windows and doors must be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable UPVC cleaner and left stain free and bright on request. Scheduling of all cleans to be agreed in the implementation phase
