Medway Council invites contractors to tender for the following tender:
The refurbishment, reconfiguration and reinstatement of 3 no. bathrooms within Suffolk Court, Suffolk Avenue, Rainham, Kent, ME8 7LB.
Suffolk Court currently has 3 no. bathrooms. The Ground Floor bathroom is in its original state, and constructed circa 1986. The proposal comprises the following:
- Refurbishment of the existing small ground floor bathroom, to create storage for residents wheelchairs and general items.
- Reinstate the existing larger ground floor bathroom to become fully functional as a Bathroom for guest usage.
- Refurbishment of the existing 1st floor bathroom to create storage area for residents trollies and the like.
