Management Consultancy Services (MCS)

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) (as the Authority) wishes to establish a pan government commercial agreement for the provision of management consultancy services to be utilised by UK Public Sector Bodies, which includes Central Government Departments and their arm's length bodies and their agencies, the wider public sector and the third sector including but not limited to: local government, health, police, fire and rescue, housing associations, charities, education and devolved administrations.

The purpose of this PIN is to provide advance notice that CCS is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new commercial agreement. Once available the ITT documentation for this procurement may be freely accessed here:

We will use our market engagement sessions to help inform the new lot structure.

Additional information: CCS invites suggestions and feedback on the scope of any future commercial agreement including its lots and structure from the market. Supplier engagement will take place on 3rd February 2020.

Please note audit services will not be included within the new commercial vehicle for

management consultancy services. A separate procurement exercise will be
