description
This tender is to procure a contract to manage and run the new cafe being built as part of the Aldgate development.One of the main aims of the cafe will be tohave a strong social impact on the localcommunity and its residents.
A condition of this contract is that the Caf must be managed by a Registered Charity or a Social Enterprise (as defined by Social Enterprise UK). The City will allow a Registered Charity or Social Enterprise to bid in partnership with a Commercial Organisation, provided that theRegistered Charityor Social Enterprise is the primary contractor for the Caf.
