Quotation for ICT Print Unit MIS Replacement System

OVERVIEW

The Central Print Unit provides a printing resource and processes requests from various sections of Sandwell MBC, external companies and local members. The orders vary from 1 print request to thousands.

The system currently used is 20 + years old and has not been supported for several years. It runs on Vista and is not compatible with the current Windows Operating system & Office 365. No back-ups are taken.

There is a requirement to replace this existing system so that it is compliant with the current ICT infrastructure and security.

The replacement system is to be supplied on an initial 2-year contract with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, with full support and maintenance. Applicants are required to submit prices for the initial contract period and the optional extension period.

Failure to complete the Quotation submission in full or failure to provide any of the documents requested may result in your Quotation being rejected. Questions should be answered as instructed
