This framework agreement is for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of relocatable classroom units at schools within Devon, Plymouth, Torbay, Somerset, Dorset, Poole and Bournemouth Council areas. It is possible that this framework agreement may be used by Maintained Schools, Voluntary Aided Schools, Foundation Schools, Trust Schools, Academies, Free Schools and Studio Schools that within the Local Education Authority areas of the above as set out in the Invitation To Tender. Any schools that operate independently of the Local Authority wishing to use the contract will require the express permission of Devon County Council to do so.
