MWF - Lot 2 - Various Fire Stations - Kitchen Refurbishments - AWARD

Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with the Minor Works Framework 2022 - 2026 - lot 2 you are invited to tender for the Kitchen Refurbishments at Various Fire Stations and have been supplied with the attached documents.

Please download all the documents and read VERY carefully.

Opting In and Out

Please note you are required to 'Opt In' before you can access the 'My tender Return' to start populating your response.

The 'Opt Out' functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process. Opting out will give you the option of declaring you no longer want to receive any further communication in relation to this tender along with the opportunity of providing comments and feedback for this decision.

You can choose to 'Opt In' at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to 'Opt Out'.

SITE VISIT: Site visit requirements in item 2.0 of the schedule of works must to be arranged in advance with myself or Bowie Heer as ad-hoc visits will not be possible.

PLEASE NOTE: It would be useful if it can include the following 7 documents with your return.

1. Completed Grand Summary Sheet
2. Completed form of tender
3. Fully priced schedule of works (Section 3 of tender specification)
4. Breakdown of all preliminary costs
5. Completed mechanical Tender summary (Section E3 from mechanical document in appendix B))
6. Completed electrical tender summary (sections E2 & E3 from electrical document in appendix C)
7. Completed resource questionnaire (From appendix V of the PCI document)

Your completed tender return document(s) as outlined above should be submitted via In Tend no later than 2pm on Tuesday 24th January 2024.
