The Safer Healthier Homes ("SHH") Programme (the "Programme") is an innovative and targeted response to the high levels of concern about the impact of neglect and poor home conditions on children. This reflects national trends and is evidenced locally through assessments of need at all levels of vulnerability; Early Help Assessments ("EHA"); Child in Need Plan ("CIN"); Child Protection Plans ("CPP"), and in numbers of children entering the care system ("LAC").
The Council of the Borough of Kirklees' Children and Adults Service (the"Council") are inviting you to submit a quotation for the development and delivery of a Learning Programme as part of the Safer Healthier Homes Programme (the "Programme").
This Programme is to be delivered from 1st April 2015 to 31st March 2018. Subject to Article 3.2 of the proposed Articles of Agreement attached to thisInvitiation to Quote, the Contract may also be extended for a further period of up to two (2) years, if funding is available.
