Purpose: This event is being organised in partnership by Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Calderdale Council and Leeds City Council. We would like to welcome providers and potential providers of targeted short breaks to attend and influence how services are commissioned in the future. Your views are important in shaping the future of services for children and young people with SEN and disabilities and their families.
