Medway Council welcomes contractors to tender for the refurbishment and remodelling of 3 no. bathrooms within St Marks House, Saxtons Street, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 5TW.
St Marks currently has 3 no. bathrooms, one on each floor. The proposal is to refurbish 1 no. bathroom including the replacement of all sanitaryware and fixture and fittings. The other 2 no. bathrooms are to be converted into new stores.
