As part of the Home Group Office Environmental Strategy and in conjunction with Health & Safety, Home Group are delivering a project to consolidate our waste collection services to one national provider. Home Groups waste management contract will be for the provision of services for all waste streams arising throughout our property portfolio and Care & Support services. As a guide this will include;
General Waste & Recycling
Electrical & Electronic Equipment
Confidential Waste
Clinical Waste
Initially the scope will focus on our Commercial Office Estates .There will also be scope to expand the service provision into ourGeneral Needs and Care & Support locations but this would be a phased approach during the life contract.
The provider must support Home in terms of its responsibilities and must be able to provide consolidated management information along with the technology to support this.
