The three councils within the South & East Lincolnshire Council Partnerships (SELCP), namely, South Holland District Council, East Lindsey District Council and Boston Borough Council, are looking to create their own internal Business Advisory Team offering strategic advice and practical support to help local businesses develop and grow.
