Home wishes to establish a preferred contractor for its commercial building cleaning services, cleaning consumables and sanitary provisions.
Home currently operates in the region of 70 commercial buildings nationally. Home currently has some cleaning service contractual arrangements at some of its locations. It is likely that any current contractual arrangements will be run to the termination date and be picked up by the successful appointed provider following this procurement.
It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to this Contract.
