Ramsgate Seafront Placemaking Project Consultancy

The Council invites tenders from a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary professional team to deliver an engagement and consultation placemaking project, working with the local community in Ramsgate, focusing on the heritage values and significance of the seafront.

The 'Seafront Placemaking' urban landscape project will focus on Ramsgate's seafront from West to East Cliffs and along the seafront promenades. The project will explore the past, present and future of the seafront and consultants will be expected to conduct research, workshops and a final report of summary findings, recommendations and prioritised future project proposals.

The project aims to contribute to the understanding of place and creatively bring to life the story of Ramsgate's seafront.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 20 January 2022 until 31 May 2022.

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.
