Homes England - Fellows Morton & Clayton (FMC) and Minerva Works Building Repair Works 2024

Homes England is currently seeking a competent Supplier for the provision of repair works to the Fellows Morton & Clayton (FMC) and Minerva Works building, Fazeley Street, Birmingham, B5 5RG.

The Works broadly comprise but not exclusively limited to the following:

Roof works, including roof and parapet gutter repair and waterproofing to both FMC and Minerva Works Buildings;

Internal refurbishment and floor repairs, including replacement floor slabs;

Filling in of inspection pit;

Refurbishment of office and corridor areas;

Barrier off steps to loading bay;

Roller shutter and door maintenance, including service and repairs to shutter doors, replacement doors and damaged brickwork repair;

Demolition of two storey concrete block structure within the warehouse;

Sanitary facilities construction suitable for disabled personnel; and

External grounds works including, vegetation removal, pavement light replacement, replacement of fencing, vehicle gates and pedestrian and vehicle barriers.

If the Contract relates to asbestos removal Suppliers must be licensed by the HSE and be members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA). In addition to ARCA we also recognise ACAD (Asbestos Control & Abatement Division).
