London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to procure the services of a Fire Consultant/Engineer for the Avenue Road Estate Regeneration Scheme. The consultant will work on behalf of the Council to ensure the new redevelopment at Avenue Road delivers the Council's legal and moral obligations through the production and execution of the fire safety standards throughout the life-cycle of the development.
