The Community Resilience and Wellbeing Recovery Service will build on the existing housing-related support services and provide enhanced, short term (less than 2 years), outcome focused, floating support services to vulnerable adults aged over 16. It will build resilience and social capital, improve health, ensure stability of accommodation, and support meaningful and economic activity.
