The project works will comprise of the civil, landscaping, works required to form the new car park for 175 spaces including clearing existing site, earthworks, drainage, the provision of ducts, draw pits and electrical and data installation, kerbing hard landscaping, pathways, lighting, signage, cycle store, bin store, and barriers.
