VAAs will work together as an alliance to recruit, assess, prepare, and support adopters to provide Early Permanence Placements for children aged 2 years and over, both individually and in sibling groups.
Increase the number of EP placements;
Improve the quality of EP placement practice;
Ensure that EP carers and placements receive the most appropriate support before, during and after placement;
Ensure that every area of the country has equal and timely access to early placements;
Ensure that the adopter and birth parent voice influences the delivery of EP nationally and regionally; and Identify areas for potential innovation in EPP.
