City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to a licence, support and maintenance contract for their current Bomgar Remote Assistance installation.
The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of 3 years with two 12 month extension periods available. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period. Full details are available from www.yortender.co.uk reference DN424715.
